ABOUT Tonya

Tonya Lively has been in title and escrow services for over 25 years. Utilizing those many years of knowledge and experience in the industry as a former Escrow Officer and Branch Manager she is able to share her transactional expertise that has been, and will continue to be, a great value to her clients and colleagues.

As Vice President of Escrow Operations and Director of Sales for Commonwealth Land Title NCS, she possesses many vital qualities that begin with a proactive approach in understanding each individual clients’ needs and expectations through each transaction. She is educated, experienced, organized, dedicated and proactive. These traits do not go unnoticed by those she works closely with.

Although, she has a wide variety of previous experience; her specialty is in National Commercial Services. Tonya enjoys working with all players involved in a commercial real estate transaction; from attorneys, principals, lenders and brokers she values the team concept and is proud to utilize the trust that she has gained from her escrow officers and underwriters to complete the lineup.

Tonya believes that “the reason why we exist is to serve our clients with integrity, distinction, and to create trust relying on our experience.” She prides herself on being relationship oriented and is always willing to go above and beyond to meet her clients’ needs.

When Tonya is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three sons, her husband and their French Bulldog, Silver Labrador and Bernadoodle and their horses. She is very involved in organizations that pertain to her career such as, NAIOP, GPEC, ULI and ICSC. She has a passion for charity work and is actively involved in Chances for Children in Haiti, and Feed My Starving Children. Through her love of giving back to the Arizona Community Tonya serves on the Executive Board of Treasure House Phoenix.
