Her expertise focuses on managing multi-site and multi-state portfolios, allowing her to provide creative solutions that offer clients both comfort and understanding. Cyndi thrives in a collaborative team environment and values the family-first culture at Commonwealth NCS, which has fostered her personal growth alongside the company's development.

Cyndi feels that her career chose her, beginning with an incredible team of mentors at First American in Portland, Oregon, before transitioning to the Phoenix, Arizona office. These experiences have presented her with both challenges and rewards, constantly offering learning opportunities. Guided by the philosophy of giving her all each day and being a kind voice, Cyndi recognizes the power of kindness, knowing it may be the only warmth someone encounters that day.
